For the hazelnut pasta pura di "Nocciola Piemonte IGP" delle Langhe, only the best quality organic nuts from Piedmont (Italy) are used. The "Nocciola Piemonte IGP" is recognized worldwide as one of the best hazelnuts and is characterized by its intense and aromatic flavor.

To make the hazelnut paste, the nuts are first roasted so that they develop their full flavor and then ground very finely until the mush has reached a deliciously creamy consistency.

The nut paste is not only used as an ingredient for ice cream, but is also increasingly being used in vegetarian and vegan cuisine, as a seasoning for hearty dishes, topping for muesli, on waffles, or simply to spoon straight out of the glass.
