Shipping policy
Orders are processed immediately after receipt and usually shipped by mail in 1-2 business days.
We ship our products within Switzerland & Lichtenstein.
Economy shipping (2-4 days):
The shipping costs are 9,00 CHF per order. From an order value of 75 CHF we deliver free of charge. When shipping, we try to use sustainable materials whenever possible and as little of them as possible.

Priority shipping (1-2 days):
Shipping costs are 12,00 CHF per order.
Pickup in Zurich:
You can also easily pick up your order from us in Zurich (Freilagerstrasse 81) and do something good for the environment by avoiding all the transport and packaging material.
A pickup is possible on the following days:
- Monday from 17.00 to 18.00
- Wednesday from 17.00 to 18.00
Local delivery:
We deliver our products already from an order value of 30 CHF free of charge to the following postal codes: 8003, 8004, 8047, 8048 and 8055.
With this option you contribute something to sustainability, because we save packaging material and deliver our products by bike and thus save CO2.
