The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were deposited in his absence at the front door or at a neighbor's house.
Complaints regarding the quality of the delivery will be accepted for 10 days after receipt of the goods.
Returns are excluded. Products ordered by the customer by mistake will not be taken back or refunded.
