How much are the shipping costs?
  • The shipping costs (economy / 2-4 days) are CHF 9.00 per order. From an order value of 75 CHF we deliver free of charge.
  • If you need your order faster, we can deliver with Priority Post for CHF 12.00.
  • We deliver our products free of charge to the following postcodes in Zurich with an order value of CHF 30 or more: 8048, 8047, 8055, 8004 and 8003
  • Alternatively, you can pick up our products from us free of charge. You can find the opening times on the "Shipping" page

How long does delivery take?
The orders are processed immediately after receipt of the order and usually arrive at your home after 3-4 working days.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. From CHF 75.- we also deliver free of charge with Economy Shipping (in Switzerland and FL).

What payment methods do you offer?
You can easily pay for your order in the online shop by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), PayPal or bank transfer.

Whenever possible, we source our raw materials from Italy.

What is the best way to store the products?
You can store our nut butter at room temperature. If you prefer them a little colder, you can also store them in the fridge. The cioccociola becomes firmer in the fridge due to the cocoa butter and is therefore better to use as a spread

The nut butter is a little runny. Is that normal?
Yes, our nut butter is ground very finely, which makes it particularly tasty and creamy. However, you can store nut butter in the fridge to firm it up a bit. This makes the cioccociola in particular much firmer.

The oil settles. What can I do?
It is normal for the oil to settle on top after a while. Simply stir with a spoon for 1-2 minutes and your nut butter is deliciously creamy again. Under no circumstances should you empty the oil!
