Pencake mit Haselnuss-Kakao-Mus

Pancake with hazelnut cocoa mousse

Ingredients:
1 egg
200 ml milk (alternatively with almond or oat milk)
30 grams of flour
2 tbsp CIOCCOCIOLA (hazelnut & cocoa butter)
chocolate as required
Some butter for frying

Preparation:
1. Put the egg, milk and flour in a bowl and mix well.
2. Heat the pan with the butter on high. Once the pan is hot, add the pancake batter. Let the pancake fry briefly and then reduce the heat to medium. Fry the pancake on both sides until done.
3. Put some chocolate on one side and let the chocolate melt on the pancake.
4. Put your pancake on a plate and add the hazelnut-cocoa mousse as a topping.
