1 large apple
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 dl milk
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp ground almonds
2 tbsp coconut butter
2-3 tbsp nut butter
1. Cut the apple into small pieces and put it in the baking pan.
2. For the glaze, mix the egg, vanilla sugar and milk and pour over the apple pieces.
3. For the crumbles, mix almonds, flour and coconut butter and then spread the crumbles over the apples.
4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes and then serve with nut butter.
