For over 25 years, the "Noce d'Oro" walnuts have been produced by the Il Noceto cooperative according to a centuries-old tradition and with methods that respect nature.
Noce d'Oro is the trademark of a product protected by the Il Noceto cooperative, whose exceptional quality is guaranteed by the control of all production processes: from cultivation to harvesting, peeling, drying, sorting and packaging.
Thanks to an exclusive and slow drying process, "Noce d'Oro" retains its nutritional properties and its appreciated sweet taste. In 2002, Il Noceto obtained ISO 9001 quality system certification and since 2008 "Noce d'Oro" has been certified for supply chain traceability.
Walnut butter is not only valued for its diverse uses in the kitchen, but also as a source of energy, fiber and contains valuable fats, minerals and vitamins, especially vitamin E, which prevents cardiovascular diseases.
