The oil is made from the Sicilian olive variety "Ogliarola Messinese" and is characterized by its intense flavor reminiscent of tomatoes, artichokes and cut grass.

The harvest follows the Boniviri quality and sustainability protocol: the olives are harvested as soon as they begin to ripen and pressed the same day. Only cold processes are used to ensure the best quality.
