100% Italian and organic olive oil produced by small farmers in eastern Sicily.

A blend of Nocellara dell'Etna, Biancolilla, Ogliarola Messinese and other native grape varieties. The taste is medium fruity with slightly bitter and spicy notes and floral and fruity scents.

The harvest follows the Boniviri quality and sustainability protocol: the olives are harvested as soon as they begin to ripen and pressed the same day. Only cold processes are used to ensure the best quality.

Boniviri Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the winner of the Special Green Award and the Bronze Oli Gourmet Award of the 2021 Oil Shapes competition.
