Are all products organic?
Yes, we attach great importance to quality. All of our products are organic certified and meet the highest standards.

Where are the products produced?
Our products are produced exclusively in Italy.

From which countries do you source the raw materials?
We always source our raw materials from Italy if possible.

What does the best before date (BBD) say?
The best before date (BBD) indicates the date up to which a food can be consumed if stored properly without significant impairment of taste and quality and without any health risk.
Since this is a best-before date and not a use-by date, the food can usually still be eaten without any problems even after the specified date.

The nut butter is a bit runny. Is that normal?
Yes, our nut butter is ground very finely, which makes it particularly tasty and creamy. However, you can store the nut butter in the refrigerator so that it becomes a little firmer. This makes the Cioccociola in particular much firmer.

The oil separates from the nut butter. What can I do?
It is normal for the oil to settle to the top after a while. Simply stir with a spoon for 1-2 minutes and your nut butter will be deliciously creamy again. Under no circumstances should you empty the oil!
